Stone Creek™ - 100 yd. spools of 20# Fly Line Backing. Fly line backing serves two purposes to fill up the spool of your reel before putting on a fly line which increases the size of the arbor to keep your fly line from over curling when on the spool. It also provides additional running line when you hook large fish that will outrun the length of your fly line. Our fly line backing is braided from premium grade nylon and specially treated to prevent mildew. Spool up those reels with quality backing before putting your new fly line!
