With the local trout creeks much lower than seasons before (due to lack of rain) it may be time to switch up your preferred targeted species and give our warm water friends a shot!
Largemouth, Smallmouth, Panfish and Carp are in abundance throughout Lancaster County and offer plenty of action.
Look to target cover such as overhanging trees, rock structure, lily pads, grasses, ect. along with deep pockets or eddies. Fish early morning or towards the evening when the temps are the coolest.
