LATE SEASON TIPS

The spawn/post spawn season is finally here on our local creeks. Be on the lookout for Redds. Do not target pairing fish as they are the future of our sport and ecosystem along with wading over their beds. 

Be on the lookout for sporadic hatches. Caddis & Blue Wing Olives are still coming off during this time but it will be a short window of opportunity.

Nymphing will continue to produce, make sure to observe your watershed to match size and color.

Streamers will work best towards dusk.
