AOT - Day Trip - Float - Susquehanna
Service Description
(1 or 2 Persons) The Susquehanna is an excellent bass fishery, and catching bass on the fly is a thrill! This is a 5-6 hour float where we work the edges of the river as well as hard-to-reach areas between rocks and riffles in search of fish. We will float the river slowly with a three-person raft, which gives us the ability to reach areas not accessible to wading fishermen and those using hard-bottom boats. If you are already experienced with fly-fishing, then you will appreciate the attentiveness of the rower and the opportunity to focus on fishing while having the boat positioned for you. If you are new to fly-fishing, then this is a great way to grow since fishing from a raft means less obstructions and having an experienced guide giving you advice. You need to have a valid PA fishing license, but boating equipment, flies, leaders, and a variety of snacks are included. You can either bring your own rod and reel or borrow equipment from All Out Tours.
